Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
Breakfast is served! This dreamy Strawberry Smoothie Bowl recipe by @alexsfitlife_ is packed full of minerals, superfoods and protein to give you the energy you need to conquer your day.
What You'll Need:
- 30g Naked Harvest THRIVE Strawberries & Cream Plant Protein
- 120g Frozen Strawberries
- 130g Frozen Banana
- 160mls Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- Toppings of your choice
Here's How to Make It:
- Add the frozen fruit, protein powder, and milk into a blender cup.
- Blend on Low or Pulse until JUST blended, the key is not to over blend it (see my IGTV on how I make my smoothie bowls). I use a NutriBullet and have to take the cup off 4-5 times to shake it before it blends completely.
- Serve in a bowl with toppings of your choice!
