HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Gingerbread Cookie THRIVE Plant Protein
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 heaped tbsp yoghurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Toppings: 3 tbsp yoghurt + 1 tbsp maple syrup, crushed gingerbread biscuit and cinnamon

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Combine everything in a glass bowl and set in fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
  2. To serve, top with 3 tbsp yoghurt and 1 tbsp of maple, crushed gingerbread biscuits and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
