HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 2/3 cup of oat flour
  • 3 tbsp Naked Harvest Gingerbread Cookie THRIVE Plant Protein
  • Cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1 heaped tbsp runny almond butter
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup of milk of choice
  • Optional toppings: icing sugar & sprinkles

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Combine the oat flour, protein & a few dashes of cinnamon and nutmeg.
  2. Mix in the maple syrup, almond butter, coconut oil, and milk until a cookie batter forms.
  3. Create 2 large cookies and place onto baking paper.
  4. Bake or airfry the cookies at 180 Celcius for approximately 11-13 mins or until golden.
  5. Allow the cookies to cool on a cooling rack.
  6. Top with icing sugar mix (combine icing sugar with almond milk) and sprinkles if you wish! 🌈
