HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Base layer:
- 2 Weet-Bix
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 15g Vanilla Pancake Batter THRIVE Plant Protein
- 1x Medjool date (chopped into small pieces)
- 1/2 cup milk
- Layer of banana
Yoghurt layer:
- 160g Greek yoghurt
Caramel sauce:
- 10g Biscoff (melted)
HERE'S HOW TO MAKE IT
- Mix each layer ingredients & place on top of each other.
- Serve with 10g of crushed walnuts.
- Refrigerate for 30mins - 1hr or overnight (if you’re impatient, 15 minutes still works like a charm!).
