HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Pancake Batter THRIVE Plant Protein
- 1 tbsp Marine Collagen
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen mango
HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT
- Prepare vanilla chia pudding by combining in a glass bowl chia seeds, protein, collagen, yoghurt and coconut milk.
- Stir until well combined.
- Transfer to the fridge overnight or for 3-4 hours to set.
- Once set, blend 1 cup frozen mango until a thick puree.
- Add mango puree into a serving glass.
- Top with vanilla chia pudding.
- Add fresh blueberries and mango to serve.
