HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2/3 cup gluten free flour
- 3 tbsp Moon Mylk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ⅓ cup peanut butter (or other nut butter of choice)
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- Lindt 70% dark chocolate
- Candy canes
HERE'S HOW TO MAKE IT
- Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray.
- Add all ingredients (except dark chocolate & candy canes) into a bowl and stir until combined.
- Take 2 tbsp of mixture and roll into 6 balls.
- Press gently onto a firm lined tray.
- Bake for 15 mins or until they are starting to crack.
- Melt dark chocolate with 1 tsp of coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments.
- Crush candy canes.
- Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top of the cookies, sprinkle crushed candy canes and allow to set.
- Leave out for Santa or enjoy yourself!
