WHY DO YOU THINK IT'S IMPORTANT TO LEVERAGE YOUR PLATFORM TO EMPOWER OTHER WOMEN?

There is so much power in connection, community and knowledge, and social media allows me to provide all of those things to the wonderful women in my community! The world of social media isn’t always a positive place to be, and it’s become my mission to ensure my platforms are as empowering, positive and inspiring as they can be! It’s an absolute privilege to be a digital safe space for women all over the world!

COULD YOU SHARE PRACTICAL INSIGHTS OR ADVICE FOR WOMEN TO EMBRACE THEIR TRUE, AUTHENTIC SELVES?

We align with the right people, places and opportunities when we are our true, authentic selves. I always remind myself “I love who I am. I bring a lot to the table – my talents, traits, kindness, and grace. No one brings exactly what I bring to the table, in the exact way that I can. No one is me and that is beautiful”. I encourage women to regularly remind themselves of the same thing! 

HOW DO YOU CELEBRATE AND UPLIFT OTHER WOMEN, AND WHY DO YOU THINK IT'S IMPORTANT TO DO THIS?

I celebrate and uplift other women everyday through my businesses and my podcast – encouraging women to step into their power by providing them with not only inspiration, but tangible tools to do that! More personally, I uplift the women in my direct relationships by celebrating their every success, win or milestone – regardless of how small! Celebrating and uplifting other women is ‘sisterhood’ in it’s purest form – we are stronger together! 

WHO IS A WOMAN WHO INSPIRES YOU THE MOST AND WHY?

My mum and my nana – both positive, shining lights even when faced with adversity. They encourage me to do better and be better, while remaining gracious and integral to who I truly am 💗
