We’ve all felt off at times... low energy, irritable or simply out of sorts! But sometimes, the cause isn’t immediately obvious. OVERSTIMULATION FROM TECHNOLOGY AND DOOM SCROLLING

Yep… I know you know this already. But we are constantly bombarded with information! It’s easy to find yourself scrolling endlessly through social media, news or online forums - a habit known as “doom scrolling”. While it might feel like a way to stay informed or connected, this constant intake of stimulation & also negativity can wreak havoc on our mental health
