HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 8 rice cakes, crushed
• 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
• 1/2 cup White Chocolate Caramel Swirl THRIVE Plant Protein
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 360g white chocolate, melted + 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 tbsp Biscoff + 1 tsp coconut oil
  

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT

1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and THRIVE Plant Protein. Mix until smooth.
2. Add the crushed rice cakes and stir to combine.
3. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tin, pressing it down to flatten.
4. Pour over the melted white chocolate.
5. Swirl through melted Biscoff spread.
6. Transfer to fridge to set for 1 hour.
